Yes, I pee at least once an hour. But ya know what? I’m NOT drinking as much Diet Coke now. And that’s obviously a good thing.
Diet Coke has so much shit in it. Especially the aspartame. I’ve tried Coke Zero and the other iterations, but I only enjoy Diet Coke. Daily, I’m now only having one or two a day (instead of six or seven), and I’m not missing it.
The other obvious bonus to drinking cold, clear water, is that it’s healthy, fills me, and I add a point to my daily total.
